Environment Impact Assessment (EIA)

All infrastructure projects (roads, airports, freeways, parks) and development (industrial sites, residential areas…) need an EIA study which describes the impact of the project on surrounding environments and communities.

Four steps are achieved:

  1. Collection of environmental and socioeconomic data
  2. Data analysis and assessment
  3. Description of impacts
  4. Proposals for mitigation measures.

Ecosystems management
Protection and conservation of forests, rivers, water catchments, ground water,coastal zones, and marine environment.

We offer building capacity program in environmental management, protection and conservation of ecosystems, water management, coastal zone management, forest management, water treatment, and waste management.

Environmental Technologies
Engineering and construction disputes often center on complex technical issues, schedule and program delays, economic damages, and contract interpretation. HTA employs the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique, in concert with a forensic review of project documentation and other relevant data, to assess and apportion the effects of delays and other impacts on the project schedule.

HTA employs a standard work plan for providing engineering and construction claims analysis and expert testimony based on a phased approach. We focus on work already performed by the client, the available project documentation, the elements in dispute, and the timing of required work products defined by the arbitration and litigation schedule.
